Dr. Leif Olson grew up in Lincoln, and was heavily involved sports in high school such as cross-country, basketball, and track. He then attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and concentrated his studies in biological sciences. Dr. Olson then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Biology, as well as his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Since graduating chiropractic school, Dr. Olson has continued to pursue advanced training in the latest chiropractic techniques. By doing so, he became a Distinguished Fellow in the most researched chiropractic technique in the world, Clinical Biomechanics of Posture (CBP). After pursuing extensive training and class work in the realm of sports medicine, Dr. Olson achieved status as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This allows Dr. Olson to combine his love of sports and chiropractic, enabling him to design focused, individualized health care plans for his patients. He engages his patients, making them active participants in their own recovery.
Dr. Olson was the first Doctor in Nebraska to be certified in SpineCor bracing, which is a state-of-the-art technique used in treating and correcting scoliosis.
