Are You Drinking Enough Water to Stay Hydrated?

I just thought that with the heat-wave going on this week where temps are getting above 100°, there needed to be a brief refresher on how much water a person needs to drink daily to stay hydrated?

Any guesses?

>More than likely, the number is higher than you think.

The key is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For example, if you are 150 pounds, that means you should drink approx. 75 ounces of H2O per day.

So, keep drinking that water, your body needs it!

PS – Wear that sunscreen, too – you don’t want to have nasty, leathery skin when you’re older!
